To enable the 2FA authentication you are interested in, click on the "Enable" button and go through the primary authentication according to the selected method.

Enable Google 2FA. You will go through additional 2FA authentication using the Google Authenticator app, which you install on another device.

Enable SMS 2FA. You will receive an SMS with a verification code when entering your account.

Check active sessions in the Security section.
